The brand crafts scents inspired by developer dossier spices but sells them for a bit of the cost, despite being entirely vegan, atrocity-free, and composed of the same high- quality constituents. They ’re indeed produced in Grasse, France, also known as the incense capital of the world. The New Sensation
important like its business model, Dossier’s shopping experience is transparent. Each incense is listed in tandem with its corresponding developer incense, dossier finagled to make your purchasing decision simple. The Real Deal
Dossier first impressed me with its unboxing experience. Each pale pink box opened up to reveal a bottle and sample, along with a card describing the scent’s notes, original brand alleviation, percent attention, and return process. I soon discovered that one of my favorite effects about Dossier’s minimalist packaging is its satiny and invariant bottle design. The caps on the heavy glass bottles are bewitched, and each incense has an identical bottle style– two features that make them look elegant (and organized) on any restroom or bedside face.
To measure the factual quality and efficacity of incense, there are really only two major questions that count (to me at least). Does it smell fantastic? Does it last? Dossier incontinently checked both of these boxes. I first tried Woody Sandalwood; the mix designed to imitate Le Labu’s iconic Santal 33. Not only did it smell exactly like its luxury counterpart, but my Dossier bottle lasted with a more natural tone than when I ’ve tried the Le Labu fellow. While I occasionally feel that developer scents can sit a little heavy on my skin (and conduct a harsh original hour or two of scent), Dossier’s Woody Sandalwood delivered a gentle but important scent that lasted for hours.

Each Dossier incense constantly exceeded my prospects. The scents are surprisingly identical to their developer alleviations (and most indeed feel to last longer). But the definitive review comes from my roommate, who’s the only person around to notice my incense in lockdown. When I first wore the Woody Sandalwood scent, she incontinently asked if I had bought Le Labo’s Santal 33. As I tried each scent, she reflected on the pleasurable scent floating through our apartment.
