The project of business consists of the photocopying and printing service and its derivatives, to satisfy the demand for this service at the Autonomous University of the State of Morelos, located in Cuernavaca, Morelos.
The company is constituted in individual property. It seeks to achieve continuous improvement, using high technology, to provide affordable and quality service to our customers, leaving a mark and significance in the market.
The company is made up of four stores, located within the university, each store has 5 people, one in charge of printing, another in charge of the cashier, and the rest will be responsible for making copies, ordering jobs, among other things.
The company is made up of a director, who is the owner of the company, who will be in charge of the financial resources and the purchases of the different inputs that are required during the operation of the company. It has 36 employees, of which 18 will work during the morning shift (8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) and the other 18 will work in the evening shift (2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.). .
An average minimum demand service is estimated in a month of 290,000 black and white express signs & graphics, 200 color photocopies, 550 photocopies on different types of paper, 480 bound, 465 color labels, 140,000 black and white impressions, 25,000 color, 700 folders, 90 CD’s-R, 45CD’s-RW, 28 DVD-R, 22 DVD-RW.
With this commercialization, it will start with an initial investment of $1,000,000.00 financed by the owner himself, expecting to achieve annual profits of $787,659.
