The Glass Slipper

Stir the first ingredients with ice to dilute and chill a little. Decorate the rim of the glass with Cajun salt and dash bitters & absinthe into the glass. Then pour your cocktail with ice cubes in it and you are good to chill.

0.75 oz Palo Cortado Sherry

0.5 oz Ancho Reyes Ancho Chile Liqueur

0.25 oz Benedictine

1 dash absinthe

3 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters

Cajun seasoning salt for rim

Giro d’Italia 

Take some mashed tomatoes & mint leaves and mix the other ingredients with ice. Strain into a fancy glass garnish with basil leaves.


2 oz Elijah Craig bourbon

0.75 oz fresh lemon juice

0.75 oz agave syrup

2 cherry tomatoes

5 fresh basil leaves

1 part Carpano Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth

3 dashes of Scrappy’s Chocolate Bitters

0.25 oz rich Demerara syrup

5 oz hot coffee

The Golden Dram was created by Kara Anderson in Scotland. It needs to be served in a cocktail flute glass. Mix all the ingredients stated below and top it off with Prosecco.


0.75 oz Aberfeldy 12-year-old Scotch

1 sugar cube soaked in Angostura bitters

Martini Prosecco

Monkey Colada

You’ll need a blender for this. Mix the ingredients until it’s smooth and pour into your favourite glass. Garnish it with a pineapple wedge for added visuals.


2 oz Monkey Shoulder Scotch

2 oz Coco Lopez Coconut Cream

3 oz fresh pineapple juice

0.75 oz fresh lime juice

3 dashes of Angostura bitters

Splash of water

Pinch of salt

Smoked & Salted

Stir the ingredients gently with ice to chill and dilute. Strain the mix into a glass and garnish it with an orange wedge for an added tangy flavour.


2 oz Four Roses Bourbon

0.25 oz maple syrup

5 dashes of Crude Smoke & Salt Bitters


Mix all the ingredients into a small mug and serve it with cinnamon lemon-infused hot water. It was created by Bret Esler in Texas. 


1 oz Elijah Craig Small Batch bourbon

0.25 oz Licor 43

0.25 oz St. Elizabeth allspice Dram

0.25 oz fresh lemon juice

1 bar spoon PAMA Pomegranate liqueur

1 bar spoon Don Nuño Oloroso sherry

3 oz hot water

A Place In The Sun

Shake the ingredients together with ice to chill. Gently lay red wine cordial in the glass bottom and then strain the mix into the glass.


1 oz fresh lemon

1 oz fresh orange juice

2 oz Michter’s Rye

Red wine cordial*

Carthusian Sazerac

Dash a pinch of absinthe onto the glass corners and remove excess. Mix all the ingredients and strain them into the glass. Garnish it with a lemon wedge.

0.25 oz green Chartreuse

0.5 oz simple syrup
